We do not make automated decisions with legal effects nor build profiles.
Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR: hosting and infrastructure in the European Union, file storage, email delivery, our Simvix DevPulse management platform and, when AI assistance is used to draft content, language model providers that do not receive personal data of site users.
International transfers
Data is hosted in the European Union by default. Should any provider be located outside the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to support@simvix.com. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, IP pseudonymisation, access control, audit logging and automatic retention policies.
