Summary, mailbox, sent and received, compose, reply and forward. Each mail account picks its sending service (SendGrid or Amazon SES over SMTP 587) and inbound mail arrives through Cloudflare Email Routing to the application's inbound webhook.

Clients, segments and lists; templates imported as HTML or generated with the "Design with AI" assistant; campaigns with scheduling, test sends and progress tracking. Clients are imported from CSV or JSON or through API connectors from other products of the group.
