Tu Técnico Informático is the Simvix group's IT support service for businesses and households. Rates are published: €60.00/hour + VAT on site (€72.60 VAT included) and €45.00/hour + VAT remotely, with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments. The first 10 km of travel are included and same-day emergencies carry a 50% surcharge.
For businesses
IT maintenance, support for SMEs and the self-employed, office networks and Wi-Fi, servers and NAS, backups, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 email and teleworking workstations. Maintenance plans start at €49.00 per device per month.
For homes
IP cameras, computer repair, virus removal, slow computers, formatting, home Wi-Fi, printers and scanners, data recovery and help with phones and tablets for older users.
Area and hours
