A fixed, known fee
Simvix Inmo replaces the usual percentage with a closed fee by sale price: €3,000 up to €200,000, €3,900 up to €350,000, €4,900 up to €500,000, €5,900 up to €750,000 and €6,900 up to €1,000,000, plus VAT. It is charged only if the home sells. A €250,000 home pays €3,900 + VAT instead of the €10,000 of a traditional 4%.

Viewings and closing: viewings, negotiation and support up to the notary.
