Simvix Travel: planning a trip with AI while staying in charge of every decision
A useful travel assistant neither decides for you nor makes up prices. This is how the Simvix Travel copilot works: it proposes with real supplier data and only saves what you confirm.
Product & communication
Putting together a tailor-made trip usually means hours of jumping between comparison sites, blogs and hotel tabs. AI assistants promise to take that work off your hands, but they raise two fair questions: where do the prices it shows me come from, and who actually decides what goes into my trip? Simvix Travel, the Simvix group's travel agency with an AI copilot, was built around exactly those two questions.
What planning by conversation looks like
Everything starts in the "AI chat". You describe the kind of trip you have in mind and the copilot proposes an itinerary with hotels, flights, activities, places to eat and points of interest at the destination. You can ask for changes as often as you like: a different area to stay in, a slower day, another activity. The conversation moves at your pace, and nothing is taken for granted until you approve it.
Real supplier data, prices that explain themselves
The suggestions do not come out of thin air. The copilot searches real suppliers, such as Hotelbeds and Bedsonline for hotels, activities and transfers, and normalises the results so they can be compared. Every price states where it comes from; when a figure is an estimate it is labelled as such, together with its source, and the platform warns you if the amount changes before you book. The aim is for you to understand every number before committing, with no fees popping up at the last step.
You decide, the AI proposes
The underlying rule is simple: no suggestion is saved to your trip until you confirm it, either from the chat or from "My trips", where the full plan comes together. Trying the chat and creating a trip is free and needs no card; bookings are paid when you confirm them with the relevant supplier.
Who it makes sense for
Simvix Travel is designed for individuals and families who want a trip shaped around them but lack the time to compare dozens of options, and who would rather know what they are paying before they book.
