Product & communication

When a computer will not boot, the office wifi drops or a suspicious email lands in every inbox, the first question is usually the same: can this be fixed remotely, or do I need someone to come over? The second is what it will cost. Tu Técnico Informático, the Simvix group's IT support service for businesses and households, answers both with published rates.

Remote or on-site: how to choose

Many software problems can be solved without a visit: setting up Microsoft 365 email, looking into a slow computer or removing a virus can usually be handled through remote support. Others need hands on the hardware or the installation, such as wiring an office network, setting up a server or a NAS, installing IP cameras or repairing a laptop. The rates reflect that difference: €45.00 per hour + VAT remotely and €60.00 per hour + VAT on site (€72.60 including VAT), with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after that. The first 10 km of travel are included, and same-day emergencies carry a 50% surcharge.

What it covers for businesses and homes

For small businesses and the self-employed, the service spans IT maintenance, IT support, office networks and wifi, servers and NAS, backups, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 email and remote-work setups. Anyone who prefers a steady fee to paying by the hour can choose maintenance plans from €49.00 per device per month. At home, the most common requests are computer repairs, virus removal, reinstalls, home wifi, printers and scanners, data recovery and helping older people with their phone or tablet.

Where and when

The service is based in Illescas (Toledo) and covers Toledo, Madrid, Guadalajara, Ávila, Segovia, Ciudad Real and Albacete; outside that area, travel is quoted by distance. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. The website lets you work out a quote, start a remote support session, get in touch on WhatsApp and log into the customer area.

All the services are listed on the Tu Técnico Informático page, and you can request a quote from Tu Técnico Informático.
