Simvix Mailing: email and email marketing on your own domains
Mailboxes, transactional sending and campaigns usually live in separate tools. Simvix Mailing brings them together on your domains, with sending and receiving under your control.
Product & communication
A team that ships products ends up handling a lot of email: mailboxes for people, transactional messages sent by applications and campaigns for customers. The usual set-up splits that across a mailbox provider, a sending service and a marketing tool, each with its own domain configuration and its own contact list. Simvix Mailing, the Simvix group's email and email marketing application, puts those pieces together on the team's own domains.
How the mail travels
Each email account picks its sending service, SendGrid or Amazon SES over SMTP on port 587. Incoming mail arrives through Cloudflare Email Routing and is delivered to an inbound webhook in the application itself. In the interface you work as you would in any email client: overview, inbox, sent and received, compose, reply and forward.
From contact to campaign
The marketing side is organised into customers, segments and lists. Contacts are imported as CSV or JSON, or arrive through API connectors from other products in the group, which avoids keeping manual copies. Templates can be imported as HTML or generated with the "Design with AI" assistant, and campaigns support scheduling, test sends and progress tracking, so the result is checked before it reaches the whole list.
Built for whoever runs many accounts
Where Simvix Mailing differs from a typical marketing tool is in operations. Each domain comes with a guide to the DNS records it needs, accounts can be created in bulk and API keys are available to connect it to other systems. On top of that, each customer can be provisioned declaratively with a provision.json file or from the interface, which helps when the same configuration is repeated across several projects.
Who it is for
Simvix Mailing is designed for teams and developers who need transactional and marketing email on their own domains, with full control over accounts, templates and sends. Access is with a user account.
