Anyone who has booked a place online knows the routine: you pick a home for its nightly rate, move on to checkout and watch the total climb with cleaning fees, taxes and the platform's commission. Comparing options that way is close to impossible, because every listing hides a different part of the cost. Staydia, the Simvix group's lodging marketplace, starts from the opposite idea: the number you see when you search is the number you pay.
Compare totals, not teaser rates
Search works the way you would expect. You enter a destination, check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests, and you get entire homes, apartments and hotels. What changes is the price on each result, which already adds up cleaning, taxes and commission. That means you can put an apartment next to a hotel room and genuinely tell which one works out better for your dates, without juggling ten tabs or reaching the final screen to find out.
Trust before you hit "book"
Price is not the only thing worth knowing in advance. On Staydia, hosts verify their identity before they can list, and cancellation terms are shown before you book rather than buried in the confirmation email. Once the booking is made, travellers keep track of it from their personal account, in the "Trips" area.
If you own a home or run a hotel
Staydia is built for the people who rent out space too. Listing is free: hosts create the listing, verify their identity and get paid securely through the platform, with every booking managed from their own account. It works the same for someone with a house or an apartment as for a hotel.

The site is available in Spanish and English, with cookie consent management, and support is handled at ayuda@staydia.com. Under the hood, Staydia runs as a public website, an API and a background worker, with data hosted in the European Union.
